what is a radiant tube?
A radiation tube is a tube extending straight from the center in all directions. It refers to a non-central pipe (or dry pipe) which conveys the material action of the dry pipe to a designated or non-designated address. The radiation tube is widely used in the heating furnace and is the main heating element of the heating furnace.
Application of alloy
The radiant tubes are working at a high-temperature environment on average: 800-1200° C, most of them are used for indirect heating to furnace-like CAL (continuous annealing line) CGL (continuous galvanizing line).

Centrifugal/spun casting method for tube sections, investment casting or sand casting for the bends, hangers, welding and machining
