Ceramic Beads is an electro fused microspheres made of zircon sand, consisting of mainly ZrO2, SiO2 and Al2O3. It's a white color abrasive media with very high mechanical strength and low break rate. Ceramic Beads is a new type spherical ceramic abrasives widely used in cleaning or metal surface treatment. It contains high toughness ceramic materials(700HV) and its spherical shape results in perfect peening benefits on the metal surfaces.
