When combined with sodium bicarbonate, it can be used as a raw material for leavening agents such as bread, biscuits, and pancakes, and also as a raw material for foaming powder juice. It is also used for blanching green vegetables, bamboo shoots, as well as medicine and reagents;
5. Used as a buffer; Inflating agent.
6. Ammonium bicarbonate is widely used in the plastic and rubber industries, pottery making, chrome tanning, and synthetic catalysts.

Ammonium bicarbonate has the advantages of quick effect, low price, economy, non hardening soil, suitability for various crops and soils, and can be used as both base fertilizer and topdressing, which is popular among farmers. The annual usage accounts for about 1/4 of the total nitrogen fertilizer production, making it the most widely used nitrogen fertilizer product in China, except for urea. The main disadvantages of ammonium bicarbonate are its volatility and low nitrogen utilization rate. Therefore, in production, we should leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses, and use them reasonably.
