The regulating wheel seat is one of the areas between the twister and the valve body. It is mounted on the turbo shaft and inserted into the torsional converter to support the regulating wheel. The regulating wheel seat is only used for the connected gearbox. The separated oil distribution plate is called regulating wheel seat, because it is above the regulating wheel. Its function is to support the pump wheel/fixed regulating wheel/it has two oil holes, one is to feed oil to the torque converter, one is to return oil to the radiator
